Sometimes a cheat/refeed meal a week isn't enough to have a positive effect on the metabolism which is why some people actually have a week off. This doesn't mean they binge out on unhealthy foods but just up there carb levels and relax there diet slightly so in reality i don't think a weekend off is a bad idea.

I'd have one "cheat meal" in a week normally. 9/10 it will be when I'm going out with the lads or missus but it often just keeps my temptation at bay.

Clearly you have managed to control yourself very well to lose so much weight (well done!) ...so i would imagine you would be controlled enough to incorporate a 'cheat meal' every so often. Can be good for the sanity if nothing else.

Ideally you never have a cheat meal but only a refeed meal once a week. However most people including me use my refeed meal for an excuse to have a cheat and yes i eat whatever i have craved the most that week. Some people carb cycle as well but i just find it easier to have a set meal plan for the week.

A BB'er I was talking to today says that even when he's on a cut he has one day when he literally eats whatever he pleases. I normally go for the just one meal. Like you I kind of feel bad if I go really over the top for a whole day. However, all comes down to refeed's and personal diet choices.
