ok cool, i was reading a thread on aniother forum and there was a link to somewer that said there isnt an upper limit to protein absorbtion like we all think and you can have over 100g protein and it will be absorbed just fine, i was always lead to belive 40-60g max per serving and more would be a waste

The Important thing is the ratio of protein to carbs rather than protein per serving as the serving sizes will obviously vary. Personally I don't really see a need for anything much over a 50:50 ratio, it's not like getting enough carbs in from food is very difficult! To answer the original question you can just ignore the suggested serving size and have however much you want as long as it hits your daily targets for protein and carbohydrates but try to avoid relying on the supplement over food too much. Also some of these types of products are essentially almost all sugars, which isn't something I'd recommend as its not great to be having hundreds of grams of sugar every day.

Well the dymatize is 302 gram protein and carb per serving Nutrisports is 250 gram protein and carb per serving. Assuming equal serving sizes there is at least 50 gram un accounted for in the nutrisport one! If I were you I would just make your own weigh gain with a blend of protein, oats, malto and olive oil.
