made some good gains up untill a few weeks ago, since then my weights have been gradually coming down across the board. Ive still been trying to train hard.
 
Do you reckon a week off in this situation is likely to help?

    all depends as there could be many reasons has anything changed in the last few weeks ? sleep,diet etc

      no not much has changed really. came off a shortish cycle about 2 months ago, but kept my strength through pct and for about a month and a bit after. should i swith the routine up? my necks been twinging abit recenty whilst training aswel so sorta wana avoid an injury
