weights going down

made some good gains up untill a few weeks ago, since then my weights have been gradually coming down across the board. Ive still been trying to train hard. Do you reckon a week off in this situation is likely to help?

all depends as there could be many reasons has anything changed in the last few weeks ? sleep,diet etc

no not much has changed really. came off a shortish cycle about 2 months ago, but kept my strength through pct and for about a month and a bit after. should i swith the routine up? my necks been twinging abit recenty whilst training aswel so sorta wana avoid an injury

A cycle of what? And what was your PCT?
JOURNAL I'm tougher than leather, I'm smoother than suede, Always never broke 'cos I'm usually paid.

tbol 7weeks and 3 weeks 20mg nolva and 50 clomid..
