what is the best oral with the least amount of balding

I used sust 250 in Iraq and used way to much for my first time and have been balding ever since I want to get back into it but worried about my balding getting worse any suggestions?? Plz help

There is no "best" oral.
The best one for you if you are worries about balding would be anavar.
Anavar is far from the best in other regards (price, size gain potential).

amino acid pills 
i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life. main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

Do u think dbol would be for bulking but in smaller doses to minimize hair loss??

Dbol no. Try tbol. Or like partyboy says anavar. Or try lower dose of test and protect with finasteride.

u cant minimzie hair loss
if your prone to it, it will happen. small doses of anything or go without it only option but nothing is a gurantee
personally say all steroids etc age you in certain ways, balding or in my case lots of facial hair and went major grey
the life you live if you take the stuff
