what to take?

I'm looking to put size on so I was thinking test 400 but I want to stay lean and not look to watery ... So I don't know what to run it with.some sort of hardner?. Any suggestions? And some info on the steroid would be appreciated :)

Say waaaaaaaaa  some cement will harden it  back to the drawing board......... i.e. research(no one will do this for you)

Drink plenty of water and run Armidex/Liquidex at .25 / .5mg ED
that should keep the water retention down
