the best way to gain size , is to take protein shake regualry and then , after a month or so you might want to start taking creatine it helps to put size on

      the best way to "gain size" is by eating a lot, regularly, of various protein sources, low gi carbs and efa's.
      then learn how to train for hypertrophy, plan a routine,AND THEN :) add protein/carb shakes as needed (immediately am, postworkout, bedtime etc)
      thats the best way to gain size.
