If he is rather inexperienced, tell him he can expect good gains without adding anything else. If he insists, 4 weeks kickstart with 30mg of dbol e/d is a good combination.

Im not a fan of deca at all, though i know many who get along with it just fine. Its cheap and effective, 400mg p/w from week 1-8 would be a good idea, i find this helps with recovery when PCT is run. However many would say 8 weeks with deca would show minimal results as many consider it to be effective over longer period of use.

Personally as the cycle is only 10 weeks and longer esters are being used, id consider an oral used for no longer than 6 weeks. Winstrol, Dbol, Turanabol etc dependant on his goals.

I am a fan of trenabol but if he is inexperienced id keep that in the arsenal for a later time.

thanks for the replies chaps. He's done a few cycles in the past, and I think he always did sus and Eq... very happy with that he says, but would like to try something else and doesn't fancy orals too much. I'll tell him what you said...

Furyan, I have no idea why but always had bad feelings about Deca, and for that reason alone I'll never try it. I'll try Eq though ..
