Personally just use Asda own brand and supplement with magnesium, unless centrum or other brand is on special offer!

I think Centrum's still on offer at Morrisons, I got the one with ginko in... My piss is more vibrant now though. Luckily my step mum works at boots and she got me 3 months supply of A-Z with probiotic for a fiver...

I've been using H&B ABC Plus for the past few years (Multi-vitamin and multi mineral formula). I tend to wait until they are half price. Got my last supply for £15 for 500 tabs.
ORIGINAL: pigeonwarrior sweet mate I love watching programs about aas. If it wasnt for the fact they can make you go bald I would do them now, the day I go bald though Ill be straight on them.

Ive used a good 10-15 diffrent types over the years... If on a budget, a tesco/asda/boots full range multi vit will do well enough, alltho a full diet will take care of most deficinencies anyways. Most overrated would probably be the Centrum and Seven Seas ones, sure only cost a few quid, but fact every single one i basically would poo out and not digest shows how bad the coating was, nigh on indigestiable, even after several hours! For convinence, price and overal quality, Reflex and NOW Adam do great multi vitamins, in non tablet/coated form.

Hoppy1975 Personally just use Asda own brand and supplement with magnesium, unless centrum or other brand is on special offer! Im using a Asda multi-vit and mineral tabs too. They do a sport pack which is very similar to Well-Man, but 1/4 of the price.

I use Reflex Nexgen - good formulation and high quality (not cheap) ingredients.

Few shouts for the Reflex multi, its a good all round product, and convient to take and digest in caplet form, which is spaced out with main meals in the day. I decided to mix it up when i saw some Now Adams Superior Multi on sale, and its basically dosed well in everything ull ever need from a multi, atleast what ive seen. Also forgot to add, Olimps Vitamin wasnt a bad multi either for the price, every mineral/vit on its profile was chelated for better abosption also came with a lil booklet which explained what each thing did which was a nice lil addition :)

I would check the form in the which the vitamins and minerals are presented in your multi-vitamin/mineral. This makes a HUGE difference to bioavailability. Also think about when it's taken (e.g. with or without food). Bit harsh flagging Echo :( Good product though.

Generally chelated minerals are (significantly) better absorbed, and for the water soluble vitamins its better to take them with food, several times a day as the body can't store them - so for example if you took a 'one a day' in the morning there wouldn't be much left within the body when training in the evening.
