hey everyone just alittle about me been training now for about 4 years went from 155 at 6,3 gross to a buff 275 so proud of my own achievements i would like to compete in the next year or so to become ifbb looking forward to getting or giving advice, im glad to be part of a great website that will help increase the knowledge of myself and fellow newbs or vets because we all know something new is learned everyday. looking forward to hearing from you guys on future posts.
