Cottage cheese seems to be the popular choise. Also makes a wicked treat when mixed with a scoop of whey and half a butterscotch angel delight :D

I have scrambled eggs on toast last meal if bulking, or with ham if cutting as my last meal, but an hour after i have a bedtime shake to drip feed protein through the night (MP's bedtime extreme or more recently Boditronics midnight express with water/milk for cutting/bulking respectively).

At min 5 whole egg omlette with mushrooms cooked in olive oil, seems to do the job for me.

Varies but a shake more often than not Eggs are fine, but leaving the yokes in would slow digestion (for what little difference it might make)
