Enter a show and get diced!

Seriously though, you need to consider which organisation to compete with, which class you would like to enter etc etc.  The best advice anyone gave me was to go along to a show or two and see what it's all about.  Are you "natural" (drug free)?

Cool.  If you are drug free for life you can check out the Npa (www.npabodybuilding.com), or drug free for a while (I think ten years???) then the BNBF is also a very respected organisation.  The UKBFF is the largest organsation for bb shows in the UK but they are un-tested events.

I'm competing with them in September.  Very friendly organisation and an excellent standard of physiques.  Also very dedicated to the promotion of drug free training.  I think the midlands show is coming up  (mid august) so you could potentially go check that one out (if you are able to get transport).  From Newport it's about 1hr 45 in the car.

cant see why height would be a problem, all depends on your phsique, and what weight category you intend to compete in, as selector mentions, definately worth getting yourself down to watch a show.. when are you thinking of competing?

                  good luck

well atm im cutting then in october im bulking till either i reach 15st or til may2012 i was thinking off competting some time next year so it gives me time to bulk up a little bit also was thinking off trying for male muscle or male fitness model, and i know 15st may seem a lot but not for my frame and height i was told i should be 15st min and 17 - 19st max

I wouldnt worry about weight.  When you feel your proportions look good then that is a better indication.  Plus, most people find it very hard as a natural to be very very lean and very very heavy.  I think the weight categories for the NPA say it all: under 70kg, over 70kg, over 78kg.

Lol.  The standard is very high at the NPA.  Generally, in my opinion, if people aren't asking if you are ok or offering you food in the last week or so then you are not lean enough lol.

Whereabouts in Spain you headed?  I live in Estepona at the moment....weather is lovely down here.  Very warm though, 30' some nights.  Good luck with whatever you decide mate, if you want any more advice feel free to PM me.
