After using weider protein brought from h@b which tasted good i ordered some bsn after it was recomended to me,unfortunatly i havent managed to get it yet and as i had run out of weider i just ran to asda and brought some body supreme pure whey protein, just to tide me over till the bsn comes. It was 17 quid but tastes absolutly foul.....my question is obviously the weider never said it was pure whey, but this does, so do all whey protein drinks taste this bad....is this the whey

Hi Mark, Slow down on the q's mate! Creatine opt for powder. Whey is fine mate but the reality is the higher the protein percentage something has to give and it will be the taste that suffers. That is not to say that it will not taste good just not as good as one with more carbs.

There are many different brands of whey protein with many nice tasting whey shakes out there :D just a question of finding the right one that you like and gives results :) there was a thread about the body supreme on here im sure discussing how badly it tastes and the quality... anyway , im sure you can get many recommendations to a nice tasting whey protein shake :) in regards to the creatine , best look for "Creapure" this is a real good pure form of creatine and one of the best quality monoydrates available :D

isn't the best value for money imho. there are a lot better shakes on the market which work out cheaper and a better quality.
