Id like one without much high GI carbs or loads of cals.

i use nutrisport 60 30 mrp, 60g pro, 30g carbs per 100g. they use activated barley as the carb source and a mix of whey and casein for the protein. so good long lasting protein and a lowish gi source of carbs, not too high in cals either.

i got the choc malt flavour, its not great the first time you try it tbh, but you get used to it soon enough.
