think im gonna try mon squat 5x5, sldl 3x8, bench 5x5, close grip bench 3x8, pull ups 3x8 tue grip train, technique work+abs, run wed dl 5x5, back ext 3x8, ohp 5x5, bor 5x5, under grip pull ups thur grip train, technique work+abs, run fri same as monday sat run sunday run, or train on strongman equipment if i can get some
