500g tub of Greek Yogurt, 4g Canderel Sweetener, 22g of Options Belgian Hot Chocolate (Peanut butter if you want added fat.)

You probably wont need sweetener if you use Regular Greek Yogurt, but with the Fat free one I'd use it as it's really bitter!

With added peanut butter it's like a big pudding.
Around 400kcal with over 50g of protein and I use the peanut flour from my thread in this section so little fat, tonne of protein and some carbs.

Again you could use cocoa powder for chocolate taste, but cocoa is also bitter so wouldn't use it with fat free yogurt.

add a bit of lemon with a sweetner to taste :)

      seeds, nuts

      cucumber grated

spinach (cooked or frozen cubes defrosted) and garlic

      ginger

all good - got myself an easi-yo maker £10, really nice yoghurt, very simple and cheaper long run! apparently alot fo the goodness in off the shelf dies after a few days (usually in transit) bacteria etc etc - just FYI :)
