Fluid Mortgages arrange mortgages and related insurance for a wide range of customers. Catering to your individual needs by searching through the whole of market to ensure we find the mortgage best suited to you and sourcing our insurances exclusively with Legal & General

When it says "by seraching through" i dont think the should be "of" after whole.

It's more an industry term 'whole of market', that describes my approach to sourcing mortgages, I see what you mean though.

The opening paragraph needs breaking up a little more and ammending, I'm doing that today.

Yeh but to average Joe who knows little about mortgages, (probably the people your trying to attract) it sounds wrong.

I know, your absoloutely right. I'm pretty sure my hands are tied on that one though, under FSA laws I need to accurately describe my status, which is 'whole of market'.

    Hello...
Design is OK actually, a little "plain" but then again you are only advertising your services.

bl00dy hell, I never replied to your email about the site, sorry

imo I like the site, would agree the text looks plain

one thing I would like is in the top left below your logo where it says "contact us now for friendly, no obligation mortgage advice" maybe that could be a click on link to your enquiry form?

I wish I was more attractive like Dagless.

I might have a look at the text, I want something that flows and looks friendly but formal at the same time.

p.s. Hope this is ok with the Admins, I'm not trying to get any business, I just wanted some feedback on it.

Nice site mate, I bet you're having a rough time at the moment? My wife is a manager for a large high street lender and this week for the first time ever they have dropped the variable rate mortgage.

Hi Phil. I'm not 100% sure I'm going for it yet, it all depends on whether I get a demmand for it, I'm using an adaption of outlook tasks atm, I got the mortgage tracking link in place to pre-empt getting FMS. Do you use it, is it worth the money?

It's not the ideal time to be setting up in business :)

There are still loads of business opportunities out there tho, you adapt and evolve. The ones who do will have less competition around and do very well when this short term problem blows over.

my take would be there may be less mortgages being approved and taken, but now it is surely much harder for a customer to go direct to a lender? I would say intermediaries are becoming more and more vital, also an excellent time to charge for our services....all imo
