To get below 10% takes time. Trying to rush it ends in disaster. Overall, your cals seem pretty low.
Don't worry about the blow out. In fact, get it out of your system. Your diet and your mental health will be the better for it. Your 2kg of weight gain is just the food in your gut and water. It's impossible to gain that much fat in that amount of time, no matter how many calories you consume.
