Well You don't go 100% effort (Which is what i presume you men?) all the time just for a minute at a time! It's hard to get in to Percentages, LoL, but you should be going flat out and putting maximum effort in! If your only going say 80% then your intervals will eventually become blurred together! Remember HIGH INTENSITY, So if you Don't put in the high intensity your Not doing HIIT, Only IT (Interval Training). Ok!
