105 kilos to 77 kilo in 7 Months!
I started my cutting phase 7 months ago after training for 2 yrs, before that I was doing No CV and had a 38 inch waist!! I had muscle mass but a bodyfat % of 25%. I started CV 4 times a week and cut all the crap out of diet and now only eat what my body needs... I now have 10-12% bodyfat and weigh 77kilo, I dont really wanna go lower but I honestly dont feel I have lost much muscle if any, my waist is now 31-32 inches. heres my diet.. Please note I have only added milk this week. I do require advice pls....
10am wake up- 85g Oats (100ml skimmed milk),40g whey protein in water. (was only having 50g oats until this week)
1pm- 150g (cooked weight) white rice with 130g tuna (Brine) some salad + maybe an orange after.
4pm- labrada RTD (40g protein) OR 100g Chicken breast with 5 or 6 rice cakes (low fat) or 6 ryvita.
7pm- 120g chicken breast with 120g (cooked weight) white rice, also some brocolli sometimes.
8.30pm- TRAIN Until 10pm.
10.30pm-again mayb 120g rice with 130g tuna or chicken or turkey.
1pm- Muscle Milk shake (with 200ml skimmed milk)
I alternate these meals but the values are pretty much the same, I was having 100g of cooked rice before last week for 6 months,so maybe I was having too little carbs?
Any advice much appreciated.. my aim is to get to 5% bf but weight around 85 kilos.....
