RE: 12kcal Cornish pasty diet!
His daily diet will look like:
Breakfast: 1 bowl of mashed up cornish pasty, mixed with milk and banana
Lunch: 1 Ham and mushroom slice with salad and a pint of gravy on the side to drink
Pre Run: Cheese and onion pasty with a scoop of dextrose and a banana
Post Run: 2 Cornish pasties and a bottle of Pasto-zade
Dinner: Minced pasty, potatoes and vegetables
