135 pound hard head!

My roomate has just discoverd that i have access to the "help" he needs to gain mass. He weighs in at 135 dripping wet, i personally told him that it would be wise to get his diet in order and gain a little healthy weight before he started a cycle. he insists that he wants to start on right away while he has no real workout routine to speak of and he eats what he wants. I guess my question is what advice can you more experienced guys give that will help me to help him?

thanks

He will be 20 in a couple of weeks... yeah i guess i just need to slap him around. i just thought if there was any danger to the fact that he is just jumping in and i got it from a Mod he might believe it.

How tall is he? He's very light at that weight unless he's 5'7 or below. Does he work out?

he is about 5' 8 and he works out with me about 3 of the 5 days a week that i train he does minimal weight and minimal reps he has no interest in hard work... just wants to gain fast. I have tried to push him he just dosent seem to want to even try natural advancement. Im not trying to talk him out of a cycle just trying to hold him off for a while.

    Hi

Unfortunately AAS don't make your muscles grow, not unless you have a good diet and you nail it in the gym. Your friend doesn't have either of these things. He obviously doesn't know how to train despite your help. He will probably forget about the whole thing in a couple of months if you can hold him off that long.

    LOl well said PH

Mate, even if he does juice it will do him no good if he isn't training and eating properly. Big waste of money, time and mess up your system etc if he doesn't do it properly.

hmmmm 135 lbs and 5'8" tall......sheesh thats toothpick size....

eat eat eat eat eat eat eat! Ignorance! impatience! thats not going to help him!
he is well below his genetic limit and needs FOOD not ROIDS!

and I suppose he is too impatient to research the possible side effects too? I know that would be too much WORK!
I get angry at the LACK OF CONCERN people have for themselves..... it astonishes me!!!!

your friend sounds like a complete waste of human resources to me

without a solid diet and good training regieme steroids won't do a lot for him, and without any lifting experience he risks an increased chance of heart and joint problems (along with all the other common risks from steroids) to make gains that he could make easily without touching a steroid if he were to get his training and diet in order, i see absolutely NO benefit to him taking steroids at this stage, don't get me wrong i am very pro-steroids, but he needs to learn how to put some size on naturally first, there are no quick fixes in BBing. period
