14 Months off ........ Back to Basics
I have been a member on this forum for the last few years.
Due to family issues and the arrival of my son i haven't been training for the last 14 months and have been in active on here. This is purely down to personal reasons and not that i ever fell out of love with the sport of bodybuilding.
so now the time has come to get back on that windy road once again.
I aim to increase my knowledge of diet, training and and everything else that comes part of the parcel on here. really looking forward to getting stuck in and educating myself once again.
when i stopped training to take a break i was at a really good stage with my training and diet etc felt and looked great.
The aim is now to pile on those pounds that i've lost over winter with the idea to cut down around March but who knows if i'm not at a stage of confidence with my weight i will continue to bulk all year round.
in the near future (next week or so) i will post a blog containing my current stats. with the aim to update this every week so that people can follow my journey and hopefully inspire those who are new to this forum to continue and the path to there chosen goal.
