14 day crash cut diet example?!

Just had Gyno surgery (Monday) and obviously can't train for the next few weeks. I've put on a bit of timber in the last month or two due to not training and just enjoying my
Food!!

Now once I can train again I want to add mass, so
Ideally want to lose some bodyfat during the weeks I can't train.

Not overly fussed on losing mass as I don't think I'll lose much
More! Just need to lose as much bf ad possible in 2 weeks.

Any suggestions for a diet?!

    hi mate, need to be realistic about just how much fat you can loose in 2 weeks!  lots of cardio will help, and dont take diet too low, and it will be counter productive!

    protein, veggies and some healthy fats if youre not doing anything strenuous.

    Cheers guys! Yeah I thought low carb would be best seeing as I can't do any cardio for the next 2 weeks!
     
    Today I've had two crumpets with a bit or marg for breakfast as I was in a rush, just had 2 chicken breasts on their own, think I'll have a protein shake in a bit then some meat with veggies later.

    Does this sound like a decent diet (bar the crumpets, although I'm sure they wouldn't be too detrimental at 80cals each and next to no fat)
     
    Not overly fussed on being super healthy at the mo, just need to drop the weight asap! I'm also taking Omega 3 oil and evening primrose oil every day along with 2000mg of Vit c!

    hard to say if its a decent diet or not mate, as diet is the whole days eating, not just random meals!  and the key part is consistency, which means making the effort even when time is short!
     
    for anyone to comment on your diet plan, then we would need to see a whole days food

    Cheers for that bud, and I completely understand what you're saying!
     
    I need to write down exactly what I'm going to eat on a day-to-day basis so that I know what to eat and I don't start looking through the cupboards!
     
    Just trying to figure out appealing low/no carb meals is a pain! lol, do you have any favorites?!
