15-20 lbs in about 2 weeks
In the past year i found a way to gain muscle on accident, see i was on the low-carb diet for a while, then i got sick of being skinny, sooo for the next few days i ate as much as i could. at first i put on about 19 lbs of fat really fast, without even trying i about 16 of that 19 lbs turned to muscle! i got got scared when i weighed myself after losing the fat and expected to weigh about 145, to my shock i was 160! i am now about 174(5'6)and i want to know if that was a fluke or if i found a way to gain lbs of muscle fast, i dont want to do it now cause football starts next week and i dont want to be deficient of carbs. Could someone try this and see if it works again and then send me a message?
