15-20 lbs in about 2 weeks

In the past year i found a way to gain muscle on accident, see i was on the low-carb diet for a while, then i got sick of being skinny, sooo for the next few days i ate as much as i could. at first i put on about 19 lbs of fat really fast, without even trying i about 16 of that 19 lbs turned to muscle! i got got scared when i weighed myself after losing the fat and expected to weigh about 145, to my shock i was 160! i am now about 174(5'6)and i want to know if that was a fluke or if i found a way to gain lbs of muscle fast, i dont want to do it now cause football starts next week and i dont want to be deficient of carbs. Could someone try this and see if it works again and then send me a message?
thanx

Yes mate. I put on a boatload of weight after i came off my low carb diet. Its majority water like Toxic says.
    Dry lean mass takes time.

gotta be water, even if your mum had been putting anabols in your corn flakes. If your new to the gym though you can see good results, maybe a few pounds, not 20 tho!

a lot of water. I did akins a while back.....9lb loss in the first week.....pretty much all water.......so i guess you MIGHT have put on a couple of pounds of muscle max, a little fat, the rest is all fluid IMHO. I went down to 13 stone on atkins........put it all back on within a year!

now i eat a healthy and varied diet, extra protein through shakes in water, cut down (not completely) on the junk food and refined sugars and the muscle is packing on slowly but surely.
