i just started it this last week, already had 2 sessions and i can already see vast improvements. For the first time in ages my legs ache after a workout-they take around 2 days to fully recover. Although they recommend the bike, i personally run instead. Im my second attempt i burned 25 more calories, and ran an extra 0.05 of a mile-it usually took me a couple of weeks to get these results with normal intense cardio so it must work, and by the way full intensity should try to be maintaned throughout (the whole point) but do take little intervals of rest. I run for 0.25 of a mile on high speeds, then i jog for around 30secs, then back to running etc....
