16 too young?

Alright lads I'm in a bit of a dilemma here, i met this gorgeous blonde a couple of weeks ago and it turns out she has only just turned 16, which was a surprise to me because she looks a lot older. We got on really well on the night we met and she seemed very mature, she has been texting me for the past two weeks asking me if i want to meet up for a drink and I dont know what to do one part of me says damn shes gorgeous take her out and another part says sh1t your 24 in september

So what do you lot think

She's almost certain to really get on your tits after a while, unless you are very immature for someone about to be 24...

well you wont get 5 to life seeing as she just turned sixteen but she will probably get annoying after a while like most 16 year olds do and your age gap will be frowned upon seein as most people regard 16 year olds to be still a child. Stick with 18 year olds its more socially acceptable and even if your 40 and you wanted to go out with a 18 year old most people would say go for it.

my best relationship was with a girl who was 17 when we met...I was 30.....lasted on and off for 5 years....it was my immaturity that wrecked it...not hers.

Go for it bro....Ive met 16yr olds I ge ton better with than some girls more my age...

Id still date a younger girl if we "clicked" ..... in fact been hoping to date a youngitalianbabe for months now

    Thinks to remember.

shes 16 so might not get into clubs or even be allowed out late. If she is and her parents are cool with it chances are shes been around.

Her parents might not be too found of the age gap

When your at work/uni she will have loads of free time and be out with her girls who will go meet boys and boys will try it with her regardless of wheter she has a BF or not.

When she goes to parties I doubt you will want to go where there will be a bunch of 16 and 17 year olds which again makes her vunerable to other boys.

Basically a long term relationship might not work but if your looking for some short term fun go for it.

thanks bud..your 17 so its galling to know I can still take out girls you should be dating lol..

TBH...my point is that age, faith, colour etc shouldnt be a barrier if something clicks between you..there isnt many girls I get on with at a similar age to me and I tend to have more in common with younger ppl, due to own "youthful" outlook lol.

Most of my mates are ten years younger than me so generally I tend to meet girls much younger too.as far as it not working cos of the age gap...well it may not work if you meet a girl your age either...thats life!

Whilst it may be "disgusting" to you...hand on heart I can say that I was very respectful and treated her with a lot more care and dignity some of her previous younger boyfreinds had....being a bit older and more secure I have no need to leap into bed with a new girl regardless of how old she is and i like to be more romantic and take it slower than most guys in their late teens / early twenties would

I'm not sure if I could do it - guess I would have to see what she was like.
I'm 22 and I think my parents would frown on it and my mates would rip the pi$$ out of me!
