1st Cutting Cycle - Stats and Previous Cycles inc.
I'm starting to plan my first cutting cycle and looking for a bit of help.
29 - 6'3" - 213lb - 22% BF (digital measure)
Training for 10 years and always tried to bulk
Eating enough calories consistently for 1 year
Currently eating 5050 cals on gym day and 4250 non gym day
3 previous Sust/Deca/Dbol cycles
Targeting at least 225lb before cutting
If I am not disciplined to eat properly i don't eat much and the weight just drops off me very quickly but my BF% does not change much so I lose lean muscle very easily. My target for this cutting cycle is just to lose as much BF as possible and keep as much of my extremely hard earned lean muscle as possible and if I can add some that would not be a bad thing. Cardio and cutting diet is fairly easy for me so that is sorted.
Tren A - 300mg - Weeks 2 - 10
Test P - 500mg - Week 1 - 12
Oxy - 50mg/day - Week 1 - 8
Appropriate PCT at end
