1st Post Please Critique my Diet

After a year traveling and no training i want to get back to where i was this time last year:

Stats:

Weight : 102kg
BF: 25%

Goal : 90kg
BF: Sub 10%

Diet:

7am -
unfueled Cardio 45min - 1hr depending on day (wanting to do a triathlon)

8:30am
50g Oats
250ml Liquid Egg Whites
Mug Green Tea


11:00am

200g Tuna
Veg Selection
10g Flax Oil


1:30pm

Myoplex deluxe (it was free from a friend)


4:30pm

200g Chicken
30g Rice Cooked
Veg Selection


meal After Training

Myoplex Deluxe
10g Glutamine
10g Flaxseed Oil


8:30pm

200g Tuna
60g Cooked Rice
10g Flax seed oil.



I would appreciate any help you can give

    1.30pm - What exactly is in this? ? ?

    4.30pm - Reduce chicken a bit and up rice instead.

    Doesnt seem like a lot of food for someone of your weight.

    Drop the myoplex for a sandwich.

    4.30pm How about: 100g rice (cooked weight, about 25g CHO) and 100g chicken (cooked weight, about 33g protein)??

    What time do you generally go to bed, is it not long after 8.30pm? ? ?
