1st cycle

i just sent off the money for my first cycle (i think i am allowed to say that on here)

doing

10 weeks of test e 250mg e5d
9 weeks of test e 200mg e5d
first 4 weeks of 25mg dbol ed

then pct i have enough for 4 weeks
so
clomid 200mg nolva 60
day 2-17- 100mgclo and 40mg nolva
day18-30 50mg clomid and 20mg nolva

i also have hcg jst incase me balls shrinks

k so i will keep you all posted thanks for the advice it really helped me

current stats bf 14% (will probably go up not really too bothered)
weight 95kg want to put on 20-30kg but dont we all il see what i finish on
squat- 235 bench 150 (set the other week) and deadlift 220
would like
250,160,230 that would be nice

    20-30kg is an awful lot to aim for in a 10 week cycle, how many have you run before?

    ye i know they aint magic im dreaming of 20-30kg in realty if i put on 20-30lbs i woul dbe happy but you have to aim high

    this is my first cycle im 22 been training since i was 14/15

    I think you might be dissapointed, you will not gain 20-30lbs of muscle in 10 weeks - fact.

    Best thing to do is just go with the flow and give 110% with diet & training from start to finish then, what ever you gain is a result and you will know you give 100%.
