1st of many diet threads.....
i been looking into stuff trying to research to sort my diet out, but as with everything...nothing is easy in this game! i dont mind, but still need to ask a few questions..
i'm reading plenty of foods that people advise on eating and state they eat for bulking or cutting, but what is it i'm actually looking for on the labels im looking at!?
i'm thinking from what i read its different things to cut out when cutting, so would like to know about both cutting and bulking ingredients to look out for to have and to avoid etc, i'm not being completely lazy by asking, its just im a fussy fcuker that doesnt like almost all veg and lives off crisps and chips
, so im at the point i'm going to have to list what foods i do like/will eat, and assess whats in them to make up my diet plan, aswell as add the things i see on here for peoples daily diets where i can stomach them!
