1st post starting with a journal.

Hey everyone! This is my 1st post here although i have been reading for a while.I decided to start a progress journal to keep track of my gains.I've been on and off weight lifting for a year and a half now and I've managed to change my appearance for the better but feel like I'm really stuck now for a while and haven't reached my final goal yet.I've done alot of research on nutrition and managed to eat right with the help of suplemantation keeping protein and energy levels up while at work.
I have always wanted a good looking body and that keeps me highly motivated. The only problem is I am extremly small for a guy and that makes me think that certain things will never change no matter how hard i work out.Main concern is my chest and back.Sometimes i look at my chest and i'mtinking will it ever look full and round!!!???? lol Anyway I thought that there are many experienced people on here and I was someone could tell what my potential is looking at these pics.

hello! everyone has potential so dont worry yourself there! and TBH youve got a very good base to start with there and look pretty lean (lucky bas**d)
im sure if you put the effort in both in training and diet your chest (and everything else) will grow

cant say much more than that really untill we see your diet and workout!
