firstly welcome, when i first started i was extremly skinny (medical reasons) i soon bulked up quite podgy last year irratic training. your physique looks a lot better than mine in the early days. do you class yourself as what ? powerlifter,bodybuilder,weightlifter (ie olympic style) or just a guy that wants to get bigger shape up etc.
there are many on here from many backgrounds that can advise you some good some not so good
