It may kill in the morning, take some ibuprofen and just crack on as normal. You will be fine mate.

i always drop my vails in very hot water to thin them out alittle for drawing and injected. While the kettles on i also add water for a hot water bottle which i place on my injection site after ive done the injection. This helps the oils get moving and if an effective way to reduce pain.

Get the same sort of thing, but no problems so far. As well as warming up the area like others have suggested, you might want to massage the area for a few minutes after injecting.
