Doesnt look too bad imo, though i wouldnt do 4 exercises for chest with only 2 sets of each, maybe one or 2, with higher number of sets, so you can really get into them. Likewise, i do more sets of military presses. The rest doesnt look too bad. How long have you been doing the routine, is it working for you?

been doin it for a good six weeks now. i have gained 4lbs and my strength has really improved. i never did deadlifts or squats before, dont know why! but overall everthing seems to improving!

the only thing is my legs are still what i consider the weakest link at the moment. i tore my cruciate ligament 2years bak and had to pee around with physio for ages until they decide to op. now a year on after the op and loads of physio im trying to get them built up again do u think the squats and farmers walks are enough? they do seem to be respondin to my routine!

If it aint broke dont fix it! The routine looks alright, other than the pointers on the chest exercises but thats just my opinion.
Squats are the single best thing you could be doing for your legs, and if theyre responding well then good luck with it!

hi mate , if your lookin to bulk then drop the flat and inclined flyes as they are just shaping exercises, also always do dips over pushdowns(weighted if poss) and drop one of the chest exercises,

    flat bench (4*6) pyramid
    military press (4*6) pyramid
    weighted dips (4*6) pyramid

the pulldowns and chins on day4 are basically the same exercise so i would drop the pulldowns as chins are far superior.

i would consider swapping day1 and day4 as your deadlifts and squats are too close together imho

also imo drop the barbell curls as your biceps get loads of work on day4, throw in some leg press instead or maybe some calf raises.

should be happy days with that,
    good luck

yer i'm gonna drop the flys cos my chest has plenty of shape i'll just concentrate on bulk. also good point bout swapping day 1 and 4 around. did day six last nite and my traps were still a bit sore from day 4 so when i did the squats it wasnt too pleasent.

    cheers jp
