2 days for Back and Legs plz read

When i  train my back which i love doing my grip seems to give in, i have used gloves and starps and still do. But what i am thinking is doing back on two days a week one day to widen then back the the other day for thinkness i feel on the 2nd day on doing this i could include an xtra leg workout also, do u think i would benafit from this??

    If you hit them both properly no real need to do again remember the arms are small muscle groups and will fatique quicker than the back so you must try focus on using the back muscles as much as you can and ease off on the pull from the arms till needed!!
