heres 2 pics from me taken this morn.

2 days into my Ian duckett diet and workout Plan

sorry no face at mo,like a bit of privacy

my pecs, traps and back width grew easily on me.

U cant really tell pecs from pic,
I need more arm and leg work

what % of fat u think.

Hope u thank me for my brevery on posting them, never done this before.

    You have some good mass there - I would guess at somewhere around 18-20% for BF.
    Are you planning to take/post regular pics to show the effectiveness of the new diet/workout plan?

    .I never did double bi pose, my arms are about 15 inches, chest 49,legs only 23
    I find back rowing heavy and pulldowns and pecs have grown very easily, with benching and flyes

    spent most of my training on abbreviated, stuff, not too much for arms, more chest, back and legs , legs r strong,but slow to grow.

    But need a side pose.

    its more an experiment following my new routine and diet.

    I don't know if I've missed a post on it before, but what is the plan designed to do - is it tailored for mass, cutting, focused on certain body parts etc..?

    Good luck with it either way

    Ive been doing how u say abbreviated work and "bulking" for too long.


    I now follow a better workout and diet

    The next 6 weeks is to see my calorific needs.

    if im losing or gaining fat or muscle etc.

    Then its reassesed
    and maybe altered.

    Lol nice pants,I'd cut now though mate.. Then bulk straight after.

    Just my opinion, i dont like having high BF% anymore.

    Wife took pics, she gave me 30 secs to get ready before she rushed out to church.

    No time to wear someit nice

    yip used to be 2 stones ligter when I was a postman, 3 yrs ago.

    So its changing time , 100%
