2 types of protein supplements, which for lean bulking
Relatively new here so please take it easy.
I have always struggled to drop my body fat% due to my lifestyle so would rather avoid packing on anything in the first place, even if gains are slower.
Currently I have Diet whey protein which I have 2 servings a day of:
per 50g serving:
The local supplement shop has Boditronics mass attack juggernaut at a good price, which is:
5g of creatine monohydrate
I dont eat a huge amount, typically:
serving of porridge
Sandwiches which are usually cheese and chutney
1 serving of protein shake 50g
sandwiches cheese and chutney
generally a good portion of meat with few veg
serving of pure orange juice
Dont currently eat any kinds of biscuits, ice cream, chocolates etc. also dont drink alcohol at all or smoke.
I am 6' 5" weighing around 101kg and doing a 5x5 to exhaustion.
Is there room in my routine for a serving of something like the mass attack without packing on any fat or should I avoid it?
Any advice is appreciated.
