2 whey sorts have i got the right 1?

hi
ive orderd some whey from my protein to go in my cutting diet
but ive just noticed there is 2 sorts isolate and concentrate

ive orderd concentrate

reading the about the 2 there dosent seem to be alot of difference apart from amount of protein

have i got the right 1 ?

also to save another thread

how much water do you use when makeing it ?
my diet calls for 1 scoop in a morning 2 after workout
dose the amount of water make a difference or is it add to taste

    isolate tends to cost more but isnt really that much more beneficial so most people go for concentrate.

    yeah just try different amounts of water it isnt important. i try to use as little as possible so there is less to drink.

    Use the MP Max whey its got some of both in.

    yep-uve got the right one. Unless you are EXTREMELY sensitive to lactose or are a pro body builder you wont notice the difference between WPI or WPC. I add just enough water for the stuff to mix in. Generally 200ml per shake (one of my shakes has 30g protein, so approx 38g of powder)
