Dont some reading on the old 3 x a week for six weeks, but sure iv seen quite a few people on here using them in the normal routine.

I simply do one set at the end to finish off my normal workout.

This week I substituted my normal leg day for 5 sets of 20 rep squats.

    Could I walk? No

was it a good work out? most certainly.

Will I do it again? Yes, not all the time, but certainly more often

I pretty much warm up with 2-3 sets of squats of 50-75% of the working weight

Then into 3 sets of 8

Finish off with a set of 20 reppers..

Will be doing this at lunchtime, joy..
