2000 cals on a clean bulk... i need help!

2000 cals on a clean bulk... i need help!

Hi all,
 
Need some major help and any will be greatly appreciated. This is my nutrition plan and what i am eating right now, i am coming of a cut which was very low carb and i lost about 20lbs (see pics on bp) i am now wanting to put some lean mass on and has put my calories up by about 500, and added in some carbs at breakfast and around my workout, however i know that 2000 is still going to be too low even for a clean clean bulk (i currently weight 10st 7lb).
I am just not sure which meals to add to and what foods/macros to add???
Any help will be greatly appreciated and repped ofcourse!

07:30-
6 Eggs (4 Whites 2 Whole) 1 piece of brown bread, Oatmeal. 492 Cals, F-17.2g C-46.1g P-35.8g
9:30- 2 Fish Oil Caps. 1 AST Mult Vit
11:00-
22 Almonds and 2 Turkey Bacon Rashers . 215 Cals. F-14.7g C-6.2g P-16.4g

13:00- 2 Fish Oil Caps
 
14:00-
150g Chicken with 150g of Broccoli – 246 Cals F-6.7g C-3.7g P-42.7g
 
16:30-
2 Fish Oil Caps
 
17:30 Pre Workout-
Whey Shake with Oats – 283 Cals F-4.8g C-30.7g 29.6g
 
19:30 Post Workout-
Whey Shake with Oats and Low Fat Yoghurt – 354 Cals F-6g C-39.5 P-35.8g
 
20:30-
Tuna with Cottage Cheese, Peas and Brown Rice – 379 Cals F-5g C-46.6g P- 41.2g
 
22:30-
Whey Shake – 120 Cals F-1.5g C-3 P-24g
 
Total- 2,090 Calories Fat- 54g 23% Carbs-175.8g 34% Protein- 225.6g 43%
 
Non Workout Day-

    I dont know whether it will work for you or not. You can certainly try, monitor it for a month or so and if no results, then up portion sizes till you find something that works for you.

    One thing i will say is, stop counting numbers, itll drive you insane! At a glance, carbs at every meal in the form of some starch. Doesnt have to be massive amounts, just little and often if you are intent on doing the 4+ meals a day thing.

    You certainly are a fan of fish oil capsules!!

    Chuck them in the bin, you don't need them with that diet.
