2015 bulk for nabba 2016

Welcome to my log,
Abit about previous goals and future goals
2014 i was bulking done a few cycles trained 4-6 times a week had some time out due to back problems and shoulder injurys
my aim was to compete in nabba first timers in 2015 but due to my diet being crap or non existent and not being happy with my size i have descided to now aim for 2016 .
 
2015 will consist of mainly a bulk and some tighting up here and there 
diet i started a week ago and is going ok fine tuning as im going along ,so a few weeks and see how im responding should have it were i need it 
approx
250g protein a day
650 carbs a day 
4400 calories
vitamin d3 2500 iu per day
will be using nubreed helix bcaas intra workout
have dextrose wich im debating to use intra workout or after , not sure if it will mix ok with the bcaas or will benefit better using intra.
 
will run 2 cycles , cycle/cruise/cycle/cruise throughout the year 
started cycle on monday 
test p

eq
run for 10 weeks
then changin up to maybe for another 10 weeks, so 20 weeks in total 
Test/tren/mast 280mg/ml (120test-e/80tren-e/80mast-e)
Rip blend 220mg/ml (100test-p/80tren-acc/40mast-acc)
long and short esters
and probably eq havent fully descided on the 10-20 week yet 
 Training is going well this year, im much more focused and determined than before something like this
MONDAY=hamstrings
TUESDAY=arms
WEDNESDAY=back
THURSDAY=shoulders
FRIDAY=quads
SATURDAY=chest
SUNDAY=rest
 some shots from this week and today my posing is not great so pics i post wont be the greatesti will be getting a mate to give some posing lessons throughout the year so pics will get better as we go along

    looks like you got it all planned mate. whats your weight now and what do you want to be on stage?

    update,
    i have trouble sleeping but had an ok nights sleep last night got up around 8am
    had 100g oats
    100g raisins
    1cup milk
    2 boiled eggs,
    11am had second meal 
    50g dr zaks past
    1 tin tuna
    100g flap jack.
     
    around 12 had nubreed pre workout
    trained around 12.15
    HAMSTRINGS descided to do some calfs aswell today 
     
    Lying leg curls (not sure on weight as they are just numbered so put them at 5kg each maybe 7nhalf)
    30kg x 20
    40 x 15
    50 x 10
    55 x 8
    1 legged deep squats
    used smith machine not sure of weight of bar so only including plate weight total
    20 x 10 each leg
    30 x 8 el
    40 x 7 el
    40 x ?
    seated leg curl
    50 x 20
    60 x 12
    70 x 8
    85 x 7 failure
    stiff leg deads ( dumbells)
    i dont go to heavy on these as i have trouble with lower back spasm now and again so take it easyish to slowly build up the weight
    24s x 11
    28s x 8
    28s x 10
     seated calf raises
    45 x 15
    55 x 10
    65 x 7 55 x 4 45 x 4 drop set 
    standing calf raises
    50 x 15
    70 x 11
    100 x 10
    125 x 7
     
    also finished off with some rope crunches for abs didnt count reps done around 3-5 sets will do this maybe 2-3 times a week
     
    Felt i had a good workout ,
    post meal was
    50g zaks pasta
    100g green beans
    3 egg omlete
    1 cup milk
     
     
    I have descided to weigh in every monday 
    last monday was 13.12st
    this monday 14.2st
    and im 7 days older than i was last monday :(
