3 DAY A WEEK TRAINING PLAN REQUIRED

Guys
I really need your help. I am 16 stone and five feet 10. I have a good frame but am carrying too much bodyfat. I am only able to commit top a maximum of three days a week training and due to my job. I don't want to spend anymore anyway as I have plenty more important things to do. Could somebody help me with a programme for thre days maximum. I do not mind how intense it gets.
Thanks in advance guys.

Maybe its because of that attitude that you are carrying excessive bodyfat?

You will find many good 3 day splits here - http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=29461
but if you want to lose bodyfat then you need to look at your diet and your cardio.

How you fit that around a 3 day split im not sure?

thanks for the CONSTRUCTIVE responses I recieved. The threads were very useful indeed. The point of having more important things to do centres around the fact that as a lawyer, I simply do not have the time to spend hours and hours every day in the gym. Pity some cannot see that I am trying to make the best use of my time. Many people on here seem to think that the longer they spend in the gym, the bigger they will get, as if its gonna happen by osmosis!!. I need to get a hardcore three day a week workout. Get in, Train hard and get the fekk out!!! thats what I was after.......

You might consider a full-body workout once a week and two cardio sessions a week if fat loss is your main concern.

If you have the money (and as a lawyer i suspect you do) buy an exercise bike or rowing machine. Instead of just watching TV sit on the bike/rower for 40-50mins at 60%MRH for 3 or 4 times a week while watching the TV.

I find doing cardio at home (while watching tv) is much more convenient/less time consuming/more interesting than doing it at the gym.

Blow that... Get some weights at home. If you need to do some cardio, go for a run outside.
