thanks for the CONSTRUCTIVE responses I recieved. The threads were very useful indeed. The point of having more important things to do centres around the fact that as a lawyer, I simply do not have the time to spend hours and hours every day in the gym. Pity some cannot see that I am trying to make the best use of my time. Many people on here seem to think that the longer they spend in the gym, the bigger they will get, as if its gonna happen by osmosis!!. I need to get a hardcore three day a week workout. Get in, Train hard and get the fekk out!!! thats what I was after.......
