3 Full Body Variations

Maybe a stupid question guys but I was wondering. If I was to do a a full body workout Mon Wed and Fri for instance, wouldnt it be more beneficial to pick a diff exercise each day for every muscle group, eg Monday would always be flat benchpress for chest + tri Wed would be Inc Bp and Friday maybe DB Flies with a couple sets of tricep extensions or something? was just thinking with HF training u dont get to do many exercises and i like variation, but then again i REALLY want to try HF training so this is the only way i can think of having alot of variation too. your thoughts on this would be appreciated, thanks ;)

Many ways you can do full bodies, the idea you said is very good and used with many proponents of full bodies. Ie
