Not sure if u want something more standard (each muscle worked once/week)?

    240lbs @ 13% bf

    Squats -- 475lbs
Deadlifts -- Romanian DL (only ones I can do with an injured back) -- 150lbs dumbells
    Bench -- 325lbs

Hey mate. Would you recommend this after 16 weeks on Frankies 3 day 5x5 split?

Also, in relation to training bodyparts once or more than once a week - which do you think is optimal for muscle growth?

    Thanks.
