3 day split..

i've completed frankie's mass building routine and if really brought up my strength, but now with work, i am down to a 3 day split. what do all ye training freaks suggest, lol!! i've read that you have to train each body part twice a week.....truth or fuction?

    hey man,
    my main goal is to increase size and overall strength. i'm 180lbs now and 5'8". i don't want to be huge, just bigger, lol.
    any advice would be much appreciated.

    What i feared most has overtaken me......what need i fear now?
