Re:3 x full body routine
Personally,if performing a full body routine,i'd only do one exercise per body part...
So mine would look like:-
I'd perform all of the isolation work at the end so it doesn't take anything away from the main compound exercises..
As you'll be performing it 3 times per week,you could rotate the compound moves so they each get a turn when you are freshest.
I'd still always perform SLDL after squats though......You don't want your lower back pre-fatigued before squatting.
