Grhp 6,2 and grf mod 1-29 wo/dac they don't do much apart from help me get over to sleep and make me hungry I've been the night through without any sleep, not now they are cheap and last a long time, no cycling on and off and no sides

I take b12 because I do not eat animals (who also get supplemented with b12) and I take vitamin D3 since sun shine is pretty rare in the UK.

Everything else is from whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables.

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.
