30s , 40s and 50s+ Wellbeing ?

As per the title, state which age group do you fall into ? And what supps etc you take purely for wellbeing etc.

I'm almost in my mid 30s and I've been taking multi vitamins. I've recently invested in tribulous.

Nearly 49 here. I take sleep seriously now, I'd say thats my number one supplement. To get that sleep I use ZMA and the zinc has other obvious benefits in mens health. Just started taking fish oils, Wellman tablets, and I avoid booze now. Not teetotal but I stay on the side of sober. 
 
Next year might be the year that I start my first ever test cycle, I think I'd really benefit from it now at this age.

I'm only 33 but I just try to eat as well as possible and exercise.
I have around 9-10 fruit and veg a day and just generally try to make good food choices. I dont smoke, rarely drink and all my interests and hobbies are sports based. I think more sleep is the main thing I need for my health cause at the moment I get about 4-5 hours a day.
 
I would have greens powder etc if I didnt eat much veg though
