I'm going to be starting a new training regime from today and have planned out a cycle that includes 3-AD but also have a few questions. A moderator on AX forum suggested I start with the following cycle:

    Weeks 1-3: MassFX + 3-AD
Week 4: MassFX + Advanced PCT
    Week 5-7: Advanced PCT
    Weeks 8-12: Off

If I need to push further I will go on to something like:

    1-4= 6 caps 3-AD and MassFX
    5-8= 3 caps aPCT and Retain2, 2 caps Hx2.
    9-12= rest period.

I was unsure what cycle to take at first and was hesitant also but I felt the need to just ask regardless of how stupid I might make myself sound, luckily I got a great reception. I've never taken any products like this so I naturally had some concerns.

My main concern is I've just read about something called gyno. What are the right precautions to be taking, I've heard the terms 'estrogen rebound' alot also. What precautions should I be taking, I've also heard of a product called espistane. Any information would be needed before I decide to take this cycle of products.

added: Just reading the article above as suggested, still any opinions on precautions and first cycle would elucidate further and help me make that decision.
