I'm not too clear on what you mean exactly. Could you outline your exercises, reps, sets and split?

If you mean 9 sets altogether of each exercise (3x6, then 3x10, then 3x15) then it's a stupid protocol. I can't think of any good reason for it and you should ditch it.

If you mean 3x6 on some exercises, 3x10 on others and 3x15 on others, I'd say it's an unnecessary complication for an outright beginner but could have sound reasoning behind it so go with it.

If you mean 3x6 then 3x10 then 3x15 on the same exercises but on different days of the week then it could be alright.

If you mean 3x6 one week, then 3x10 the next, then 3x15 the next on the same exercises then it's ass-backward and very unlikely to bring progress, and you should ditch it.

its all the same execise so say 3x6 barbell curls then 3x10 barbell curls then 3x15 barbell curls one after the other but with the weight getting lighter after each set

Stupid. Too many sets, and the light sets are achieving nothing.

Don't know how this guy managed to become a gym instructor. I don't think it needs to take a genius or gym instructor to figure out that the routine is crap and contains far too many sets.
