ORIGINAL: high-tower hi guys i started training at my local gym and the instructor has got me lifting at 3 sets of 6 then 3 sets of 10 then 3 sets of 15.is this a good idea or should i stick to 3x10
ORIGINAL: high-tower its all the same execise so say 3x6 barbell curls then 3x10 barbell curls then 3x15 barbell curls one after the other but with the weight getting lighter after each set
