4 Toxic its my diet lol

here it is M8 Rip away lol

wake: whey in water

meal 1

30mins following: 8 x egg whites 2 x whole meal taost or baggel with olive oil spread

meal 2

whey in water and handfull of mixed nutts 2x peaces of fruit

meal 3

fish (various normally oily)
sweet patato
drisil of udos oil 2 - 3 tbs

training followed by Cee in water and a protein drink from gym ( like a fruit drink )

meal 4

wholemeal pitta bread
chicken breast
large salad with olive oils over it

meal 5

tin of mackeral and rice cakes ( near to nothing in the rice cakes )

meal 6 - b4 bed

tub of low fat cottage cheese

there you go m8 rip rip away lol

    yeah I was looking for something awful and it dfont look so bad to me either.....good call from YIB tho.more veg always....

    ok nuff said....

    We did use to have a mod on here who had a posey avatar like mens health etc? Now who the devil was that guy?????

    Anyway..... very best of luck with achiveing your goals welsh buddy..... remember to set em one step at a time tho...that mens health look is a heck of a way to go for most of us...and for many is about as attianable as MR Olympia IMO.

    I do seem to recall TT and James went to a fitness expo where there was a model search recently....and I recall there was pics posted.....if you can find that link..might be worth to have a look....and certainly might be worth going to similar show etc next yr for inspiration

    I don't mean to sound like a complete critic of the diet, but shouldn't your whey in water protein be PWO? how much does that protein drink have from your gym?

    Goal

    Thanx for all the advice people esspecially TT & YIB much appreciated...i think i'll have to incoperate some veg in there maybe as my last full meal instaed of a salad. would brocolli and spinich be ok (boild)???

    I think the main thing for me now is to concerntrate on getting my bf% down as much as i can over the next couple of months and then re-asses like YIB said in the above link...

    As for the protein drink @ the gym it's a full punch of 30g protein and 50g carbs, the guy who owned the gym previously has just brought out his own supplement range, but has been working in the supplement industry for years...he a decent guy and the supplements are really good.

    And as for the Avatar - TT I wouldnt draw attention to yourself with a snarl like kermit the frog as just crwaled up your arse

    careful with the calorie reduction though

    you may wish to read my thread about calories, counting and reducing them too much, too quickly

    it still amazes me how on earth you can rip the p155 out of my avatar when it looks like you an advert for "sailors soap" you too can look like a nancy boy with this

    good luck on the diet and career, it will be a step up from balaclava modelling for you

    Brocolli and Spinach are fine...actually....they're really good.

    Agree with TT, take it ease with the calorie reduction...take things slowly and gradually and you should be Ok.
